Terms of Use and Messaging Terms

Scope

These terms apply to the MIDNIGHT website and MIDNIGHT INTEL, operated by MIDNIGHT MOBILITY L.L.C.

Ride requests

Choosing Text or Call starts an inquiry only. It does not reserve a vehicle, guarantee service or availability, establish a fare, or create a confirmed transportation agreement. Midnight must confirm availability, timing, price, service details, and any applicable terms directly.

Event information and admission

Event admission is sold and controlled by the event organizer. Midnight is an independent concierge and transportation-experience provider unless an official partnership is expressly stated. Midnight does not guarantee event accuracy, admission, ticket availability, organizer access, or event performance.

Communications

Choosing Text opens a new message to Midnight on your device. Midnight receives nothing until you add the ride details and press Send. Choosing Call opens your phone app. A text, call, or email asks Midnight to respond about that specific inquiry and is not enrollment in recurring promotional messaging.

If Midnight sends you a text concerning your inquiry, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You may ask Midnight to stop texting. For help, contact hello@ridemidnight.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Accurate and appropriate information

You agree to provide accurate contact and trip information in any message you choose to send. Do not send payment-card data, government identifiers, passwords, or sensitive medical information through text or email.

Electronic-service limitations

Website, phone, and messaging services may be delayed, interrupted, duplicated, or unavailable. A device showing a sent message does not prove that Midnight received or reviewed the inquiry.
