MIDNIGHT is the public brand of MIDNIGHT MOBILITY L.L.C.

Information we collect

The current Phase 1 website does not contain a ride-request form and does not submit ride details to a Midnight database or messaging provider. Choosing Text opens a new message to Midnight on your device; Midnight receives nothing unless you add the ride details and send it. Choosing Call opens your phone app.

Our hosting and security providers may also process technical information such as an IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and abuse-prevention signals.

How we use information

We use technical information to deliver and secure the website. If you choose to text, call, or email Midnight, we use the information you send to review and respond to your inquiry, discuss availability, timing and pricing, coordinate requested service, and comply with applicable obligations. Starting an inquiry does not reserve a vehicle, guarantee availability, establish a fare, or purchase event admission.

Transmission and retention

An unsent text remains on your device. A sent text or placed call travels through your device, carrier, and the receiving phone; it is not submitted through this website. Midnight may retain the communications you choose to send for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

Device makers, messaging applications, telecommunications carriers, and the receiving device may process or retain message or call content and metadata under their own policies.

Disclosure of information

We may disclose information to service providers acting on our behalf when necessary to host or secure the website, respond to an inquiry, and when required for legal, safety, or fraud-prevention purposes.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Mobile information, text-messaging originator opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction does not prevent service providers from processing information solely to operate the service requested by you. The Phase 1 website does not transmit your inquiry to an event organizer.

Communications

By sending a text, placing a call, or sending an email, you ask Midnight to respond about that inquiry. This does not enroll you in recurring promotional messaging. If Midnight responds by text, message frequency varies according to the conversation, message and data rates may apply, and you may ask Midnight to stop texting.

Security

We use safeguards appropriate to this limited inquiry service, but no internet or telecommunications transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
